adequate stay , some issues
small room odd smell
the location was very accessible , which was convenient.
the room was rather small and it smelled odd. it was also quite warm , and there was a lot of outside noise. i think it needs better soundproofing.

a stay with some issues
stained carpet street noise
my room smelled strange upon arrival. the carpet had several noticeable stains i found quite unappealing. also, the noise from the street kept me awake some nights. i could hear conversations clearly, and the windows didn't block sounds well.

convenient location breakfast options tube station missing towels faulty door lock reception contact
the location proved very convenient. it was quite close to the tube station, a real plus. also, i was able to find some nice breakfast options nearby at the market..
there were no towels in my room when i arrived. i had to contact reception to get some. furthermore, the door lock seemed faulty at times. it took multiple tries to get it to work..

ideal location responsive staff easy check-in
The location was ideal next to an underground station with plenty of bus routes. Check-in was easy. When I had a query the staff on WhatsApp were responsive in minutes. The staff were helpful.

Staff responded quickly on WhatsApp and were helpful. Ear plugs are provided in a jar on the first landing. I was allowed to leave my luggage after checking out it was nice.

The room had everything i needed including fresh coffee. The room included a working tv and wifi. A sink is in the room and is convenient. I found the bed to be firm, and i slept well

The shared bathrooms were clean. Access to both rooms was poor due to the digital access of the locking mechanism. I could leave my luggage after checking out at the luggage room on the 3rd floor.
